Who is Murray?
We don't really know. He was here when we got here. He is not a bear, a yak, or a dog, and he would prefer you stop guessing.
How long until my shirt shows up?
Each shirt is printed when you order it. Production usually takes 2–7 business days, and standard US delivery usually takes another 2–5 business days after that. You'll get an email with tracking when it ships. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. Internationally, we are currently fully unavailable.
How does it fit?
Check the size guide on each product page before ordering. Measuring a shirt you already like is more accurate than optimism.
Can I return it if it doesn't fit?
Because every shirt is printed just for you, we can't take returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. If your order arrives wrong, damaged, or misprinted, tell us through our Contact page within 21 days of delivery. We'll ask for a photo, then reprint it or refund it. Details are in our Refund Policy.
How do I wash it so the print lasts?
Follow the care label on your shirt. In general: inside out, cold water, tumble dry low or hang dry, and don't iron the print. Basically, treat it better than you treat your own back.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us right away. Orders go into production quickly, and once yours is being printed, we can't cancel or change it.
Can you make a custom shirt for me?
No. We don't do custom orders. But if you have a painfully accurate observation, tell us. If it makes Murray's expression change even slightly, we may make it.
Is this brand making fun of me?
Yes, with affection. We're making fun of ourselves first.
